Stokesay Castle near Craven Arms

Up and along the Shropshire Way towards Clun
Good views over the ferns and heather
Bury Ditches Iron Age Hill Fort above Clun Valley (I think)
The Bridge coffe shop in Clun!
The white building is the Long Mynd Hotel where we stayed
This might be a better picture of the hotel with Church Stretton on the right but it is well hidden
Just trying to impress you with how much climbing we did.
Top of the world, cannot remember where (someone will remind me) [Pole Bank, thank you Jeffrey] but I do remember it was 525 metres up!
I know you ladies like to know the sleeping arrangements. This was Brian and I's room
and this was the view from the window. Not bad eh?
Steep, did I sign up for this?
It's the same for everybody
Last walking day and another hill
Lunch on top of the world
Lunch at the very welcoming Royal Oak
This lady wasn't one of our party
